This is an awesome recipe and perfect for the Shuttle Chef slow cooker. I knocked this up while we were camped on the banks of the Paroo river and we had it as a late lunch just outside Broken Hill. You can do rice with it if you want, but we used some wraps and plenty of sour cream…… the lads got stuck into it big time!
