This mango chicken is a really tasty meal for lunch or dinner and if you’re smart enough to have a Shuttle Chef for the slow cooking part it is just dead easy. I backed off on the chilli this time as we had some young kids travelling with us but the taste was still awesome. Have to say that it is different travelling with the two dogs rather than my old mate Jacko, but they are still great company.
