The original version of this recipe has about 20 more ingredients, many of which I can’t even pronounce, but I have made this version quite a few times now and it never disappoints. The tin foil pretty much steams the fish so you can either cook it in a pan or in an open fire if your lucky enough to have one. All up this only takes about 30 minutes including prep so make sure you have the rice on the go or already made.
