The build project on Milo 2 is keeping me pretty busy at the moment and to keep the team at Opposite Lock Sunshine Coast happy I served up another quick lunch using hot dogs. The Shuttle Chef came in handy again as I boiled up the hot dogs first up in the morning. Now there’s not much flavour in your standard hot dog so I made this one more interesting with some tasty bacon, decent dill pickle and of course some mustard. Cathy reckoned she likes them hotter so maybe I will have to do them a curry next time.
