This has to be one of the simplest but tastiest recipes around, there are only 4 ingredients so it doesn’t get much easier than that. The secret is the mango chutney, it gives it a real twist. If you like you can add some honey as well, especially if the kids are tucking into it. Coconut Cream or Milk will do, after all I am never to sure on the difference. I served up with some long grain rice with some seeds mixed through which worked OK.
