Alright so this isn’t exactly bush cooking but hey the lads at Opposite Lock were hungry and we had been working hard on getting the body off Milo 2. Now hot dogs are not everyone’s favourite, but I reckon that’s because most people don’t add enough flavours, and let’s face it a dog on its own is pretty tasteless. So with this recipe I threw in some sauerkraut and some thousand island dressing – yeah that’s right the stuff you normally get on your prawns – and even the lads had to admit it was damn tasty.
