On a recent trip out Broken Hill way with a couple of mates, we were lucky enough to camp down by the banks of the Paroo River which is the last remaining free-flowing river in the northern part of the Murray-Darling basin. After a solid morning’s drive we were in need of a quick but big lunch, so I decided that some Gourmet Burgers were in order. We had grabbed some decent bread rolls, mince, eggs etc. at Cobar so we were all set. The Gourmet part is a bit of a stretch but the lads destroyed them all the same.
